Ashli Babbit, Martyr

Whatever she was before, and she was a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Ashli Babbit is now a martyr. There are several videos of her shooting, and you can view some of them here; or, view a much longer video of the entry into the Capitol here (recommended). No links to Youtube from me, they are requiring sign-in to view them. Fuck them. And, yes, the videos are graphic.

She was climbing into a broken window when she was shot in the neck, apparently by someone in the library. None of the various videos indicate any warning. Once down, she pointed to her neck as blood came out her mouth and nose.

DC police are “investigating” her death, but I don’t expect much given their long history of covering up for various federal legal entities. I suspect that they, along with many politicians, expect that “the people” will just take it like always. They are wrong.

Both the Democrats and the establishment Republicans are seriously misreading the lay of the land. After months of riots over deaths of rather questionable individuals, the huge overreach of authority in the name of pandemic lockdowns, the huge and continuing economic impact of various measures — again in the name of the pandemic — that are killing small- and medium-sized businesses and keeping millions out of work, and an election that stinks to high heaven, the people have had enough. The murder (a term I use with deliberation) of Ashli Babbit will not just be accepted, and those who think they can control this narrative are fools.

What happened yesterday at the Capitol should not have been unanticipated. Most of the law enforcement I’ve seen inside showed restraint and a high degree of professionalism. However, it only takes one panicked and/or unprepared (or just plain stupid) person to do something this criminally stupid. To be honest, I’m surprised it was just the one shot, and I wonder if that person’s fellow officers did anything to stop them from firing again. It really doesn’t matter though.

Blood has been spilled, and the media response makes clear they realize that Ashli Babbit’s death makes her a martyr. They have and will continue to do all they can to avoid that. It’ won’t matter. It won’t matter if twitter, FB, and YouTube do all they can to suppress the videos. It’s out there, from multiple angles and multiple people, on multiple platforms.

If there is a case for a member of security shooting dead an unarmed woman who’s only threat was that of entering a library in the Capitol, they need to make it now if they are smart. However, they aren’t so I expect them to try to destroy her name and reputation, and will count of their minions in the media to carry their water for them. The media will do so, but it will not have the impact they think. It will only add fuel to the flames.

The progressive left sees violence as a dial that can be turned up (see this summer’s riots) or down at need. A good portion of the rest of the world, however, does not. They see it as a simple on/off switch. A case can be made that yesterday was a different side playing with the knob. An interesting philosophical discussion, but moot in terms of reality.

This year has seen multiple assaults and even murders of Trump supporters and/or those simply seen as such. The mayor of DC (and the DC police) encouraged violence in the city against Trump supporters (or those simply suspected of being such) at previous rallies. If they attempt to white-wash this, or to engage in further violence, I’m very much afraid that they will find that her murder has flipped the switch.

Hang on, as I am afraid it is going to get very rough, potentially to the point that we will see internal violence on a level we have not seen in more than 100 years. Be prepared, be smart, and be as safe as circumstances allow. Think. And think long and hard where you stand in regards freedom and liberty, and what you can and will do to preserve the same. There is still time and opportunity to pursue legal and other remedies to secure them; but, I fear that window may be as gone as the window Ashli Babbit was climbing through when she was murdered.

Hold Fast; Prepare

Yes, these are desperate and challenging times. Arbitrary and ineffective lockdowns continue not based on science, but on power. See this article for a bit of the gaslighting in play. The class divide between those so-called elites who have yet to experience financial or other hardship versus the average worker who has been out of work or “underemployed” because of said lockdown is growing ever steeper. The rightful resentment of the average worker and small business owner with the “elites” who don’t follow their own rules is growing to a level that should frighten those elites. However, they lack the self-awareness, and consider all those not in their “class” as less than human, to realize what is brewing.

What is brewing is, in part, being seen in civil disobedience. Read this from Nina Bookout, and this from Instapundit. There is more, much more, if you go look.

The election is a travesty, and now the Quislings come out trying to cut deals with the new administration to avoid retribution and retain their positions in power. The legal challenges to the fraud in the election are being met with illegal attempts to go after those pursuing legal challenges for Trump with threats and threats of legal action to block any inquiry. The media is all in on pushing a false narrative to drag Biden into office, and stop objections or efforts to ensure the election was free and fair. Do NOT let them snow you. Meantime, efforts of The Great Silencing continues, with big tech going after anyone even remotely associated with those they want to silence. They are trying hard to take away the soap box and the ballot box, as this quote exemplifies, without thinking about what box that leaves those that don’t agree with them

Stand Fast!

The legal challenges and efforts to true the vote must go through. If we fail to do so, there will be no real elections down the road. Yes, it is that serious. So, don’t let the media and others try to force you to give up. Do not give up, and do not give up your support of those doing the right and legal things to ensure every legal vote is counted accurately.

Support them, and prepare for a rough ride. The next few months will not be easy, but do not despair. Instead, prepare. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Stock up on food and other supplies: remember that floods and other disasters hit farms and other food production even before the lockdowns threw further spanners into the food chain. Prices are already up, so freeze, can, and otherwise stock up what you can. Buy ammo (if you can find it) and guns, as the elites have already told you as plainly as they can that you are on your own. Then, hope that enough people that have sworn oaths to the Constitution are willing to keep them.

Ignore the media and their efforts. Move to other platforms and hosting providers to counter big tech. Give your business as much as possible to small and local businesses. Do not let the massive propaganda effort get to you. Also, make a note of the Quislings in the event we ever do have a free and fair election again. Start working against them now in any way you can.

Most of all, aim to misbehave. Civil disobedience to illegal and/or un-Constitutional orders is both legal and right. Find ways large and small to give those trying to seize powers not granted to them in the Constitution the middle finger. Turn the tables on them: flood the snitch lines with reports on them (at every level) when they don’t follow their rules.

Again, most of all: Stand Fast! All is not yet lost, if we fight the good fight. If the so-called leaders on the Republican side won’t find a spine and reproductive organs, there are better than 70 million voters out there who do have them. Stand up, and Stand Fast.

It is only lost if we give up.

Real Experts On Red Flags

Larry Correia is on a roll. If you missed them, check out The 2020 Election: Fuckery Is Afoot and the follow-up post The 2020 Election: The More Fuckery Update. Note, these do not deal with cases of fraud; rather, the statistical “red flags” that can indicate to an auditor or other investigator that there is indeed something to be investigated. Not that this will stop Twitter, FB and others from trying to ban it, but it is an important point.

His latest post is I Asked One Simple Question To People Who Work With Fraud. Larry laid out his case, based on his experience as an accountant, and asked the following:

One quick question, only answer if you have worked in auditing/stats/fraud/investigations/or other data analysis type fields. In your entire career, have you ever seen a case that threw up this many flags that DID NOT turn out to be fraud?

He is posting their replies. The media can deny that there is any fraud, claim there is not a large amount, scream, cry, and hold their breath until they turn blue; but, the real experts who deal with fraud speak out on the subject of red flags and their experiences — and the results are devastating to the media lie. If you haven’t already done so, read all three in order.

Hold Fast: Thoughts And What You Can Do

Don’t let the media get you down. You are not alone. Much of the news cycle is bull, or as Sarah aptly puts it, a blue smokescreen. Keep in mind, the media does NOT get to call the election. The States must first ratify/certify the totals, then the Electoral College will meet and and vote (Dec. 14th at the earliest), then Congress must ratify/certify the results in January. Right now, there is NO President elect, nor can there be until December at the earliest. Given the multiple lawsuits and complaints, who knows.

What can you do? Let the President know you support him and his efforts. If you can, donate here. Stay involved and remember: Noli sinere nothos te opprimere/Non illegitimi carborundum (latter is fake Latin, but accurate /sarc). Also, donate to the races in Georgia: donate to David Perdue here and to Kelly Loeffler here. Better yet, if you live in Georgia or can travel there, volunteer and help get the word and vote out.

If you experienced or witnessed first hand voter fraud, here’s how to report it. If you call your local office and they are not interested in pursuing it, then document that and start moving up the chain. Make a post about it, get the word out like this person did. Shine a light. Can’t hurt to let the President’s team know about it either.

Is there voter fraud? Yes. Here’s one list that attempts to be complete. As for why we should think there is fraud, read this and this about the red flags from Larry Correia based on his experience as an accountant. While I haven’t had a chance to delve into this article, the fact that FB and Twitter are determined to bury it (and to ban accounts that share it) means it probably should be looked at in seriousness.

Hold Fast. Do what you can to share accurate info; volunteer and do other things you can for the elections in Georgia; report problems and fraud you have experienced or witnessed; and let the President know you stand by him and his efforts. Don’t let the media and others get you down.

Vote

I went to my local polling place, getting there just before it opened. There were already more than 50 people in line. By the time it opened, that had more than doubled. The line seemed to be staying around 100-125 people as voting began and was still at that when I left. The line moved steadily, and it took me less than an hour from arrival to voting.

Please remember today: voting is both a right and privilege; and, making an informed vote based on reason and examination of the facts rather than emotions is a responsibility.

Take up that burden of an informed vote today. Vote as if your freedoms, your life, your fortune, and your sacred honor are at stake — they are.

If You Live In, Or Are Visiting, China — Get Out Now

If you are a U.S. Citizen living or working in China, or are visiting as a tourist, get out now. Leave possessions, take just the essentials, and get out now.

If you have family or friends in China for any reason, urge them to leave now. Give them cover by providing them with a “family emergency” at need. Possessions can be replaced, they can’t. Get them out now.

The Great Silencing Drops Its Mask: Be Prepared

Big Tech, and the Media, have dropped the mask and elements of The Great Silencing are on display for all to see. To be honest, I think that Twitter and Facebook are surprised at the pushback, that in their arrogance and cultivating of the bureaucracy they truly thought they could get away with it.

I’ve written about The Great Silencing here (Part I) and here (Part II). There is far more going on, and at more platforms (hello Google!) than people realize. There are efforts to silence or destroy individuals, sites and technology, as well as parties and campaigns. You even have the Washington Post running damage control trying to deny (or diminish) that Biden threatened to withhold aid unless the prosecutor investigating Burisma was fired. Only problem with that, Biden is on video bragging about doing so.

As blatant as the censorship of the Biden story was, there is more to come. The media, and I include Social Media big tech in that, is all in on trying to prevent information from getting out even as they seek to suppress voter enthusiasm and turnout. Much of the coverage of the polls is pure psyop at this point. One can argue that almost all mainstream media coverage at this point is psyop against the American people.

If the psyops don’t appear to be working, or don’t work at all, hang on to your hats for what is to come. Personally, I’m treating the next few weeks, and the month of November, in much the same way I would treat an oncoming natural disaster: prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. That said, prepare for the Great Silencing to get even more physical that it has so far, as the political assassinations of Trump supporters is just getting started. Violence against Citizens for simply wearing or displaying support for Trump has been normalized, and ignored (encouraged even). If that’s what it takes to win, well, they are all in.

I will note that one of the more interesting, and potentially a very good thing for the Republic, is that Donald Trump isn’t so much ripping the masks off people and institutions, but that they are ripping them off themselves to go after him. When the masks slip, or are thrown down, believe what you see beneath.

Be prepared, be as safe as you can, and be informed. Dig into the news, go to real journalists and sources, and don’t blindly take what Mainstream Media and Social Media say as gospel. When you vote, record your vote if you can. Vote informed.

Good Luck.

Quick Take On First Debate

No, I did not watch it. Well past my bedtime and from the clips and commentary it went pretty much as expected. Based on the clips and commentary, it seems:

  1. Trump more than held his own against his primary opponent, Chris Wallace.
  2. Trump scored hugely by bringing up the stories the media is refusing to cover or downplaying. For many, first they’ve heard of them and hopefully they will look them up.
  3. Trump fought back, instead of just smiling and bending over further as is the Republican party norm. According to the Biden camp, this is unpresidential. Though, to be fair, the better term for the media and the never-Trumpers would be camp followers.
  4. Why was Joe wired, and constantly bringing his hand up to his face?
  5. Joe didn’t win, otherwise his camp and camp followers would not be calling for him to skip the remaining debates.
  6. Apparently, Latino voters see Trump as the victor, and I suspect a lot more do as well.

Your take may vary, and that’s a good and healthy thing. We are each entitled to an opinion, and to safely voice the same. Only True Fascists™© seek to prevent free speech and honest discourse.

And It Continues

Dear Mitchell Byars, the female did not confront the 12-year-old, she assaulted him, violently, for supporting a candidate she doesn’t like. Thank you for your contribution to the DNC and your strong support of normalizing political violence. Again, please note she turned around, stalked, and assaulted a 12-year-old rather than engage in any rational action, much less rational discourse. The progressive Marxists really are not going to like what happens once such violence is fully normalized. Or now, when a parent catches them and deals with it on the spot…

For all that I think the post stupid on several levels, Facebook removed a congresscritter’s post citing their violence policy. This is not the only post they have removed, nor have they been shy about removing people from the platform. Twitter has done the same, banning everyone from minor followers of Q to major journalists who are pro Trump. The Great Silencing (Phase I and Phase II) continues, and will accelerate over the next couple of months. It is nice that both Facebook and Twitter have effectively acknowledged that they are publishers, not common carriers…

Some Quick Thoughts

Well, the RNC has ended and now the battle for the election begins. It may well turn into a literal battle, but one can hope for something better.

The DNC was extremely negative, filled with envy, anger, hate, and destruction. America is evil, sexist, racist, etc. No real policy, just stated desires to eliminate the Constitution (eliminate 2nd Amendment, restrict or eliminate the first, eliminate the Electoral College, etc.). No speaker offered hope, or grace, to America and especially to the “enemies of the state” who oppose their efforts to any degree. There was even a wink and nod to the ongoing violence, including rape and murder, that not a single speaker acknowledged.

By contrast, the RNC was a story of hope, of Grace, forgiveness, and of all the things that are good in and about America. Rather than fact checks by celebrities/media mouthpieces, the RNC brought in real people, many quite ordinary in respect to celebrity, to detail their experiences and how they overcame odds to raise themselves and others up. In so doing, they did a far more effective job of fact checking the DNC/media. The emphasis was on hope: that America does have problems, but they can be overcome by individuals and individuals working together. That America is indeed the land of opportunity and that equality does not mean equal outcomes, just the chance to grow and succeed if one works for it.

Another interesting contrast this morning is that at the DNC, there were peaceful demonstrations outside. Well, peaceful until the loving, tolerant, thugs attending came outside and began attacking people simply for holding different beliefs and/or supporting opposition candidates. Contrast that to the mobs brought in to literally attack those leaving events at the White House (and maybe elsewhere) in a scene right out of 1930s Germany (or Marxist paradise of your choice).

Make no mistake, the mob violence will get worse. Antifa, BLM, and others will step up their game. There is reason to believe that they have arms, along with the sophisticated communications gear (some of which appears to be military/covert op grade). Where did it come from? What else do they have? There are cells for agitprop and more in major cities, and Wisconsin shows that “peaceful demonstators” can be brought in from around the country rapidly at need.

Speaking of agitprop, the media is glossing over the agitprop that a man who shot himself rather than be captured by police was in fact shot by the police. This bit of agitprop set off yet more “mostly peaceful” demonstrations in Minneapolis…

Again, the violence will only escalate. The people behind the mobs are hoping for violence, especially if they can spin it to being the victims, rather than what happens being ordinary Citizens defending themselves and/or their property. Part of that spin (long planned) is to push the lie that this is happening on Trump’s watch and is his responsibility, rather than the deliberate abrogation of sworn duties by state and local officials who are encouraging and enabling the wanton destruction, rape, and murder taking place during the riots, CHAZ’s, etc.

At this point, it would almost be surprising if the mobs don’t attack voters and voting stations on election day. Again, one can hope but for me it is a faint hope.

The two conventions put things in stark contrast: An America that learns from the past, and moves forward to a better future for all; or, an America that rejects the Constitution and the philosophies that lie behind it to create misery for most while a Nomenklatura rules over the rubble in isolated splendor where the State is god.

Think, vote, and be prepared. Prepare for the worst because even if there is a landslide for Trump, the progressives have already said they will not accept the results. Then again, they haven’t accepted the results from 2016. Sadly, I have to agree with those who say that 2008 may be the last time there was a peaceful transfer of power in our history.
